Monitoring ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risks across global markets requires more than just data collection, it demands real-time analysis, clarity, and actionable insights. Analysts struggle with fragmented information spread across social media, news, and political discussions, making it difficult to assess public sentiment effectively. The challenge was to design an intuitive dashboard that consolidates these data streams, enables seamless analysis, and presents findings in a way that drives informed decision-making at leadership levels. The goal was to enhance usability, engagement, and business impact by turning complex ESG data into a strategic advantage.
I designed a Generative AI-powered dashboard that empowers analysts to track and interpret ESG sentiment effortlessly. A clean, structured interface ensures data clarity, while AI-driven insights surface key trends and risks in real time. Customizable visual reports allow leadership to act on critical ESG developments with confidence. Most importantly, this solution reduces analysts’ workload by up to 60%, enhances efficiency and quality, and achieves a scale previously unattainable, analyzing thousands of data points across global markets in minutes.
